To help celebrate the Amsterdam Fashion Week homage to the International Year of Biodiversity, one of our models Eke Bon teamed up with some friends to launch The Little Black Dress-Amsterdam (LBD:AMS) at the free VitaVerto Green Block Party.

LBD:AMS shows women how a simple LBD, the staple of most wardrobes, doesn't have to be part of the churn-and-burn collective fashion conscience. The team will be creating a venue for girls to get styled in the LBD dress with amazing finds from local vintage boutiques and fashionistas. A digital station will be on hand to take images and post them live to the event's Facebook/Twitter page. The final result will be an animation of all the looks, which will be shared with fans and bloggers worldwide.
The Amsterdam Fashion Week 2010 VitaVerto Green Block Party is on Saturday, 27 November from 1 - 6 pm on the Utrechtsestraat in Amsterdam.
